I heard TU ILMENAU has Annual Examination system? So its not necessary for students to go university everyday/everymonth , just prepare final exams and go to university only on exam days.

My university said you can submit IELTS till start of 2 semester. Is this conditional or unconditional admission? Can I book appointment under unconditional admission? Will embassy conduct my interview and give me time to submit IELTS? I am working and my jobs timing doesn't allow me to prepare for ielts 😢

Its conditional letter and you cannot submit appointment with that. You need enrollment in a uni in embessy.
