This song is magic: I saw Siouxsie and the Banshees in the early 90s in Perth, Western Australia, and still can't believe how good she and they were. Thanks for uploading man- that was intense 🤾😅🍿⛄⛄⛄⛄⛄💯🎄🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘
I love The Banshees. Any entity of them. There is some special about the original line up but I do love what Budgie brought to the table. Defo expanded their sound.
I was going to say! I love, her always have but omg her voice is dreadful in this and she’s singing with some kind of unknown accent. Viva the ice queen ❤️
If you hear some other things like early Depeche Mode, bands sometimes have a period of learning how to do this stuff really well. I read Patsy Cline was a terrible singer when she started too. Just working at it sees improvement. The Beatles and The Rolling Stones worked their butts off entertaining folks with covers until finding their place in music making. Another example we can now see online but few people did back in the day was Talking Heads "live in the Kitchen (1976)". Another year later and they had improved massively.
A perfect song by a perfect band.
Absolutely brilliant. What a gem. Captures the atmosphere perfectly.

I bloody love this ❤️🖤
The Queen 😎💜
Dark, gloomy yet awesome in rhythm & powerful riff arrangements. The bass takes it a full degree to climax achievement.

Obviously, those voice lessons Siouxsie had later between "JuJu" and "Dreamhouse" really paid off.
