I have a feeling this movie is about people disguised as U.S. soldiers and shit, and the people who attacked might be actual U.S. Seals or SAS. HECU Marine Military Police are charged with guarding areas that need security clearance to enter, and taking and storing the weapons that a member of the HECU uses during his training exercises.
