I'm so glad this was resolved so well! I saw the original video that was deleted, the video you posted about the strike, and now this one. Always great to have a happy ending. :)
I'm so glad you got your copyright strike off. I was so bad that Mattel /AG did that to you. Because it was an error on AG ends. Within the last few years with AG leaks I haven't posted them on my channel because people have gotten copyright strike notices from showing the leaked doll like with Corrine in 2021.
Rightfully so that the copyright strike was removed. Shame on Mattel - I was upset they did this to you. Awful…ok done with my vent lol. Thanks for updating us and it is strange that B&N still has pictures up. Copyright school 😂….sounds like all the training videos I have to take at work related 😂. You didn’t do anything maliciously and if anything you significantly help promote their products. Yes, I would like to hear more about the channel that was removed due to copyright infringement. Thanks for this video. 💐
Bravo to you!!!! Congratulations for getting the strike removed. I still wonder whether Mattel intentionally "leaked" the photos and you got caught in the crossfire. If that is the case, you're contacting Mattel would have definitely gotten a speedy reply. Whatever the situation, good for you for taking the initiative. I would still exercise caution when it comes to unofficially released images that do not come straight from Mattel -- check the Terms & Conditions of both the website you are getting the images from and those of Mattel. If in doubt, go conservative to be safe -- that's my advice from a corporate standpoint. A+++++++++
Thank you for talking about your experience, this is a fear of mine and the solution seems less scary. I was planning on using the images in my next news video, thank you for letting us all know to be more careful! ❤
Barnes and Noble still has some images on their website, maybe Mattel’s legal team should fix that issue first instead of scaring the poor AGTubers who did nothing wrong. The images are still on Reddit too.
A real shame you had to go through this one. While I understand Mattel's right to protect their intellectual property, copyright (and basically the law in general) has always been skewed towards those with fat wallets, I'm afraid.
You have to be very careful, Mattel owns shares in CZcams, also you have to be careful with content you do share I know you want to give your viewers the most accurate and latest information as soon as possible but you want to be careful because Mattel took down one instagramer and they are permanently banned because they were continuously putting up content that was available publicly for the public, you definitely want to be more careful when Mattel sends you a strike, it also means they're watching your content don't take it lightly that means your channel is being watched and my dad said yes they have the power to take your channel down, be sure to post in advance where you get your information where you found it and that it was public knowledge
Thank you, Selena! I know they are watching our channel, I am actually flattered 😺 They’d be fools to try and take our channel down, I am peddling their merch like I earn commission from them ( which I don’t). Do you have the name of the IG account that was taken down?

I am so happy you got the issue amicably resolved.
Me too!

AG habitually leaks new stuff on purpose expecting us to get excited and share, then gets upset at unplanned leaks.
So glad you got the strike removed! I would love to hear more about the other story you were talking about.
That story was cray-cray!

What a relief! 🎉
Yes!
Good you were able to get the strike removed. It was unjustified!
Yes! It was easier than I expected.
