When you hear a song that instantly reminds you of something, someone or a particular time in your life, that's when you know how special that song is...all Swing Out Sister songs do that for me!
Usually I find live versions to be a disappointment and don't go to concerts much for that reason. Corinne always does a great job. Her live versions are warm, intimate and take you in like an old friend. Thanks for uploading this.
The atmosphere were electrifying! Most of us were very tired but the clapping and singing were almost non-stop! Love Corrine, love Andy and love Jody Linscott!

Just am amazing version of this song. Those in attendance for this show were so lucky to be there. Each person in the band plays just the right amount without over playing their part. Talent all around.

In 2020 still listening to this beautiful song ... 11 years touches my heart and fills with joy, for the simplicity of the arrangements and elegant at the same time. I identify with this style, it looks like a mixture of Brazilian Bossa Nova with the arrangements of the Abba Group, but in a happy and contagious way. She is also reminiscent of the famous Brazilian singer Elis Regina who sang with immense joy on her face.
What a cool version. A good song works in any set.

I've loved sos from the beginning to this day . I like Corine and Andy's relatively new band lineup here in 2009 too . But Im thinking the original live performance recording didn't have the female percussionist mic ed up or loud enough though . She is a superb percussionist , i've heard her before
