This is a Hilarious segment. But Aj admitting to falling asleep and the guys reaction, forced me to go see my doctor. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Noticed an immediate change once I got my cpap machine. I haven't fallen asleep driving since.

I'm from Ohio-- 2-foot driving is absolutely crazy. My late grandma from Stow used to do that in the 90s and she was a wildcard if you were a passenger.

I want to thank you for your show. My life has been awesome lately. You had a doctor on the other day. He was talking about improving your self 2% everyday. I started thinking well I'm not doing anything too good right now I'll try it. So I did and started just trying small things like less cigarettes, taking my medications. That's how it started. Low and behold it started working and subconsciously I just started improving little things everyday and challenged me to do more 2& things,without thinking of what to work on.
I still was having a bad time mentally. Then you were talking about how some people seem to be happy angry. I thought to myself, I'm one of those people. This isn't good what can I do to change this. What was it ,what am I missing. SMILE. That's it I for got . So now everytime something is not going my way I smile.

@@danielburton4060 People will always be more drawn to someone who's smiling and seemingly happy, it's human nature. It might be uncomfortable at first but the more you interact with people, as long as you keep the same mindset you've been holding, each time it will just get that little bit easier. Also realize that just because someone wants to talk to you doesn't mean you have to want to as well. You can politely excuse yourself from a conversation if you're not interested in continuing engaging. Just something like, "thanks for the conversation, but I really should get going now, have a good day," and move on.
I'm not certain any of this is helpful, butbas a self described extroverted introvert, I thought perhaps I could offer some insight. I much prefer a more introverted lifestyle, but I also recognized the importance of appearing extroverted in certain situations, so I did my best to practice those skills too.
Regardless of whether any of that actually applies to you, I just want to say I have alot of respect for you taking a look at your life, and actively trying to change the things you're not happy with. It takes a strong person to do that. Keep up the good work 😁

When I was younger I was the manager of a oil shop on sawmill road In Columbus Ohio and AJ still played for the Buckeyes and he came in to get an oil change and was the NICEST GUY you’ll ever meet! He took a picture and signed an autograph for me and my mom.. absolutely love, AJ Hawk, super great guy and Ohio State Legend!

I grew up near Green Bay and have been a fan since I was conscience. I caddied for AJ his rookie year for their golf outing and he’s always been this loose and cool and electric. Feel bad PMS fans have only known about AJs antics as of recently. I’ve been a fan of this man for almost 20 years 🤣

I used to get calf and thigh cramps while driving sometimes after certain days at work in the Factory and whenever I had to switch to my left foot it would throw me off. Not to mention I would have to move my seat back and stretch my right leg out while trying to drive and pull over with my left foot lol I’ve tried the two footed way and it just doesn’t work.

Happened to me this past month. I some how aggravated my right hip/groin/still healing back fusion and was driving. I couldn't lift my right leg off the gas so I had to pull with my shorts to get my leg up. I braked with my left & then was driving with my left the rest of the day. Almost wrecked.

I think Pat is almost surprised at this point that he made fun of AJ for being a bad driver and he keeps learning more and more things that is proving him right. The golf cart thing was the thing that made him realize....I don't think this is a joke anymore, maybe we need an intervention at this point.
