      Spring Spanish I never stopped, had to develop weaker parts of myself first. I swear a second language really makes you grow. It’s quite beautiful honestly.

    Why was "se me hizo tarde" used to say I'm running late? I thought hizo was the simple past so I would have expected "hacia." Solo tratando de entender.
