If he doesn't want to admit it in the first place, maybe it's time to go in separate ways.

There is an app out there called Ever Accountable. He would set you up as his accountability partner, and you would put it across all of his devices. This app and my local church saved me from it.

The very first stage is denial. They are tedx talks that might help, exodus cry documentaries and so on. Please be patient and kind to yourself and with your partner. You can try to ask him to try to abstain from it for period of time. Unfortunately you cannot do this instead of him. This is his journey. What you can do is to join a group of partners of addicts. Ultimately we are only responsible for our very own actions. You might want to examine your bundaries, to determine whats okay in a relationship with you and what is not. I am a recovering addict myself, wish you both strength and luck.

Pornography and PMO caused me a weird physical speech problem. I block on syllables and on general pronunciation of words when I try to say what I want. I had never had it before. Ive been dealing with this for 15 years.

I've been having a similar problem and it tends to get better with lowered porn viewing.

For me it mostly gave me night wake ups and intense cravings.
Thinking about getting one of those timer safes and see if I can use those to help myself with this.
