Yeah, I noticed that too!! And the crazy thing is: the endresult is practicaly the same as the other side ;) I could certainly not tell the difference by the 'close-up' ;)
I got a 5 set for $10, and they work great. The handles are plastic but they look metal and they're rose gold 😍 I live for them!

Girl firstly, you should have applied the foundation one side at a time. It's not exactly fair to have one side drying much longer than the other. Also you were applying a lot more pressure on the $1 side, then complaining that it was rough 😞

I bought both the Artis dupe and the NARS dupe and the Artis dupe I just couldn't get the hang of. But the NARS dupe is awesome. Keep in mind though that I've never tried either one of the originals.
Yes I've heard another youtuber use that Ita brush and she said it was like 2 bucks and it's the only thing she uses to contour.
NARS one is amazing..a little rough but it blends really nice. Cant beat $2!!

I think the cheaper side didn't get an honest review. It seems like you didn't work as much with the $1 brush than you did with the $55 one. You also "rambled" on about how soft the bristles were compared to the cheaper one, while the foundation was sitting on your face. The left side you used right away whilst the right, not so much. All I have to say is, time affects outcome.

There is like absolutely no difference on how they blend the foundation. Sure the $55 looks nicer but both give you the same results and that $1 actually works much better than you would expect for it to work. So ya. I'm buying that $1 brush

Try washing the cheap one before you use it. Soak it in warm water. It'll help the stiffness of it go away.

well I do want to point out that she has been using the other more expensive brush Longer which products, usage, washing, etc soften the bristles so the cheaper one may become softer. also in those few mins she put the product on her face, blended one side, and then talked the product did start to dry out so that would effect the rating as well.

The bristles on the cheaper brush might also have been a bit stiffer because it is a new brush, while the other brush has been used before.
Rubbing any brush across your eyes is going to cause wrinkles. Whether it's a $55 brush or a $1 one. I cringe every time I see people rub and tug across that area.

animestuff4you Some of us just naturally have more creases on our eyelids. If you're talking about doing smooth liner, especially wings, it's difficult for many people. I never do wings because I've got a crease that plays me on one eye. If you watch lustrelux on here, she has the same issue & has recently stopped doing wings too.
