i also grew up watching bits and pieces of naruto when it would play on tv so going back and actually watching it in full made my appreciation for it grow immensely, such a great anime
Sasukes trauma was alot worse fellas . Sasuke actually had memories of his entire clan being slaughtered & itachi was forcing him to watch it happen over over again . So ya gota understand where sasuke comin from

Fr. Orochimaru said naruto makes sasuke go in different direction. In like ep 51 of og naruto. Sasuke literally was ready to die for naruto and forget about his revenge just so naruto could live lmao
If you think about it itachi ruined his own plan. Yea i know he wanted sasuke to become powerfull and kill him but before he g checked sasuke, sasuke wanted to stay with his friends and be a leaf shinobi. His anger didnt become diluted but the love and warmth he received was just stronger. Untill itachi pulled up and reminded him of how weak he is and the reason is because he doesnt have enough hate, and on top of that he showed what happend to his clan for 42 hours. People really are simple minded if they dont understand sasuke
@@kc_h7h EXACTLY. Most people forgot about that part and i really annoy. Itachi literally manipulate sasuke to kill him to free his own guilty and that's selfish, man. I'm not saying Itachi is bad, I really like this point because it makes Itachi look more human. But come on, most people just itachi and naruto so good and sasuke just bitch :(

Like, nobody's gonna say FMA or HxH is 10/10 if they never remake it tho. What i don't like about it if they make the remake is it's the contrast, it's too bright, HxH 2011 too. And i still prefer original OP and ED also the Ost.

I dunno about that. Before Brotherhood came out, FMA 2003 was considered a classic and highly rated on sites like MAL, in spite of it's deviations from the manga. A lot of people held it in high regard before Brotherhood effectively replaced it in the public sphere. That's to be said of a lot of older shows, regardless of how good they are. The most vocal, social media-using anime fans tend not to watch old anime, for whatever reason, so a series like HxH 1999 wouldn't have been on their radar. Still, that's the fault of viewers, not the anime, so I don't like the idea of remaking shows just for the sake of having a newer copy to peddle to folks.

I love this anime. My biggest problem with it is how they pretended Itachi was a great human being and did the right thing. Glorifying genocides and massacres is a huge no an insult to every survivor out there. Itachi was a terrible brother, son and person. He was a blind soldier who played right into the bad guys hands. Itachi prevented NOTHING. He only helped things to get worse.
1- His supposedly bad father who he supposedly HAD to kill REFUSED to fight him . Not just that, he worried about Itachi’s backstabbing ass. He told him he was proud of him. Totally looks like someone who would have fought Itachi if itachi just told the clan he disagrees and will stand against them if they rebelled.
2- itachi and Shisui were the strongest in the clan and both didn’t want to go with the rebellion. Just announcing they will not follow their clan’s plan would have caused the clan to think through because they can’t win without them.
3- itachi left Danzo alive , who attacked a LOYAL konoha shinobi and took his eye. God knows who else Danzo dared to kill or harm from the Uchihas. He tried to kill Shisui just because he had a solution and Danzo doesn’t want that. He wants the Uchiha dead period. With such government officials left to do what they want, no wonder the Uchiha wanted to rebel.
Danzo was dealing with Oro
Danzo was the reason Akatsuki was created.
Danzo was a coward who was a no show when Oro attacked the leaf ( crime buddies and all)
Danzo left Konoha citizens to die when pain attacked and forbid his army to fight just so the current hokage dies and he can take her place. That’s the trash Itachi took orders from. That’s the trash Itachi left alive but somehow was convinced his loving parents were worse and he killed them.
4- Somehow Itachi torturing Sasuke mentally in the most horrible way was because he loved him more than the village.
-Somehow itachi brainwashing Sasuke to live only with hate and completely shutters his self worth by telling him he’s not worth the kill is just because itachi fucking loves him.
-Somehow itachi telling Sasuke falsely that he had to kill his best friend to get Mangekyou is also one of Itachi’s brilliant hokage like ideas to protect konoha .Even though itachi got his by just seeing the death of a dear one not killing them. But oh well, he loves Sasuke so much that it’s okay to make him kill others to gain power even if he can get it without killing there was no need for Sasuke to know that.
-Somehow itachi loved his brother to the point of using him as a suicide weapon knowing full well what that will do to Sasuke mentally and also knowing that he might discover the truth.
-somehow itachi loved Sasuke to the point that he planed to brainwash him with a jutsu to be a mere slave to konoha with no free will even though he pushed him to hate and kill and follow the way of a criminal.
5- itachi left Oro alive after he fought him even though it was common fact that he wants to destroy Konoha. Even if it was obvious he will go after his brother for the sharingan. Itachi’s parents had to die to protect Konoha but Oro is allowed to live to destroy it just like Danzo.
6- Itachi helped Obito and Madara get what they wanted by massacring the Uchiha who are the only humans with potential to resist Mugen Tsukuyomi and supplied them and Danzo with endless sharingan spares to use Izanami and Izanagi as they please. Then he helped collect the tailed beasts too. Itachi was a great help to all the bad guys.
I can go on and on to show you that not a single thing itachi did was good. In fact if Sasuke killed Naruto in part1 like itachi brainwashed him to do, just think how things would have ended. I guess we should thank Sasuke for not going through with it.
If I was in Itachi’s shoes I would have simply exposed Danzo for the corrupted traitor that he was. I would have backed the third to give Uchiha their rights. I would have told fucking konoha that there was a criminal calling himself Tobi that was most likely responsible for the Kyuubi attack and make a point that the whole clan helped expose him . A million things could have been done . Instead he took the easy way out and committed a genocide because he’s just that. A blind soldier that would have made the worst hokage because he can’t think for himself.
Yea he could’ve did thing differently and I even think he admit that. But he had so much pressure on him to stop a ninja war from happening that he just went that route.
@@DefiantWithStyle He never admitted that the massacre was wrong. He just admitted he was wrong for doing things alone. The writer even dared call what Itachi did as “choosing the light” …. every single good character that got to know of what Itachi did praised him to no end … it’s insulting. He’s a terrible human. The mental torture he put Sasuke through alone makes him a terrible person not to mention all the innocents he killed. He had many choices but he just chose to play god and pretend he knows where is the “greater good”. He brainwashed his seven year old brother to kill his best friend when he knew he can get the Mangekyou without killing his best friend, it’s intense emotions not the killing itself.

@@Raiden0831 I missed nothing. I’m just not one to pretend he had no choice or that playing god and pretending you know where is the greater good is actually a thing. Itachi was a criminal and a bad blind soldier. He made things worse and played right into the hands of the bad guys and gave them exactly what they wanted.

Naruto has so many characters I hate and wished had more character development. Like when they shoved Hinata into the plot and I couldn't help but just hate her. Especially when she had no development or character traits.
Tho i dont hate her since she's sweet but like u said i hate how she was shoved and just there existing. She has soooo much potential and can also be powerful and could surpass neji than just being the byakugan princess. Her having a rare and strong kekkie genkai just behind rinnegan and sharingan can do moreeee a loooot since byakugan is also originated from otsutsuki clan. I wished before that they should explore byakugan like how they explored sharingan so there she can excel and have a badass character development. It just sucks they didn't do that or think about that urgh.
The only issue I have with Naruto is the ungodly amount of filler that is packed into this show lmao on god that's the only reason I struggled with finishing it

The problem with Boruto is it's an worthless story, Naruto was over, the story had zero reason to continue.
The show is so determined to make Boruto feel necessary, to the point the adults are getting nerfed or just acting dumb. And don't even get me started on Kurama...
