When I first heard this I thought, WOW ! but the more I listen to it the better it gets. The whole Sylvian/Czukay Symbiot of the Plight And Premonition album is fantastic. The sounds are so unique and emotive. Unusual yet personal. Many thanks :)
When I first bought Plight and Premonition I got the idea to listen to it in the dark...... big mistake! Lol when the "death rattle" noise erupted at 0:46 I was completely freaked out!! Very wintry and very eerily beautiful... For me this piece exudes like raw moods... A great pairing of artists....
I first listened to this in dark when it came out and the "death rattle" at 0:45 scared the Hell out of me! lol. I wish Sylvian would just make sound sculptures instead of these "minimal nothings" like Manafon.

Plight and Premonition IS the best ambient album's ever made. I've listened to these two tracks probably more than anything and never tire of it.
Plight and Premonition is one of the best ambient album's of all time. Period.
