sir all the conditions given are in "or" form still they holds true that like T is not in Germany or J
apan. what does or means both the condition is true or one of true? every time it means same whether it is written "or" / 'and'?

Agree, that should be "and". I was also confused when I read but then I realised that their is no "either" before "or", aslo before "or" there are two entities and it's applicable for only one, so I believe the set is created in a way to confuse the students.
