No lie but one human hair in the valve seat and you'll have a valve that doesn't seal anymore. It's that important to be accurate.

I’m a automotive tech of almost 19 years. I’ve sent many heads and some blocks to all different machine shops. Straight truth, you do Top Notch work. By far the top 3 I’ve ever seen if not the best. I never had a chance to have your work in my hands but I can tell you do great work. I truly appreciate it,
Im kind of OCD about all my work. Lol I’m such a torque nazi on certain things. Not brackets and stuff like that. I even torque valve covers and every spark plug that I do.
My general manager has mint condition 97 BMW 540i that he loves. He had the valve covers done countless times due to oil leaking. About 6-7 years ago I did them and they are still dry as a bone. About 3-4 months ago I had to do his water pump. He came into the shop to see how it was going. He then asked me what did I do to keep the valve covers from leaking after a year or two. I told him, more then likely cause I torqued the valve cover to spec. Lol he instantly called the whole shop to a meeting and said I want all valve covers torqued for now on.
It’s simple things like that makes a big difference. And it only takes 5 or so minutes more.

Hi I'm going to change all the valve guide, valve spring and new valve seat on my bike. My question is is it necessary to change all intake and exhaust valve aswell? Can't i just reuse the titanium exhaust valve after spec the condition of the valve?
