Slim is going to be an entirely new character, so probably a new gun/item.
But on the other hand, Bibbo is marked as a skin on the preorder. By looking at the head shape, he is obviously a skin for Jumbo.
Kinda sucks, but hey! You still get Mike and Debbie survivor skins for buying the deluxe!
