    Why is it so that if FFR is 0.8, the pressure waveform of the distal coronary vessel loses the dicrotic notch and gets ventricularised ? I didn't get it...

I cite 2 references, especially an important one that showed that Impella increases distal coronary pressure even past a significant stenosis (unlike IABP).
