I stumbled upon this video and that house is magnificent!!!! I love everything so much. The layout is so smart and the finishes are really pretty. You daughters bathroom is so beautiful, just keep an eye on ventilation because of you start to get mold it would be worse before you see it.
I really just adore the layout! Everything flows and there is separation without being cut up. Anyway so the house is great and can't wait to see with stuff in it. And I really can't wait to get to know your family. Your youngest and that hair is everything. He's adorable!

Hello Curly Coopers Family! I have been following you guys like, forever! It’s been a long time coming. God is so amazing! And so is your beautiful and enormous house. Wow 😯! Everyone has their own bathroom. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! You guys are excited 😆! I can see it in all your faces. I’m excited for you. It was a workout just following the walkway to the front door. Very nice. Why when they design the feature tub and closet, they install large windows? Maybe 🤔 it’s just me thinking. I prefer the rectangle windows like in children’s closet. You are going to want an attached garage. Especially in the wooded area where you leave. It just gets you into and out of the house in a flash and not to mention added security. When you guys begin furnishing your house, putting your own touches on things, that’s what makes it a home. All your hard work paid off. Can’t wait to see more! Congrats! Please put up a fence with motion detector lights . That's too much open space and anybody can hide on your land. Because I live along I have two different security systems. Get the system(s) that's right for you. After watching the video, again, work on the following: (1) security, (2) various types of storm protection, and wheelchair access.

2. Be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need )
3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA/401k)
4. Build an emergency fund
5. Save to invest, this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

There's a lot of investment alternative like real estate, crypto, ETF'S stock's but my best advise, get a professional to lead you into a profitable one.
