Roger was presumably voiced by one of the game's sound designers: Tobias Lilja, Christian Vasselbring, and/or Henrik Larsson.

Not true, I’m one of his rooms there is a tiny blood stained guillotine (only children could fit in it) and at another point he is wrapping up children’s bodies in cloth that get sent up to the kitchen. He watches over and captures the kids that try to escape, and kills them.

This is what I hear.
Sniffing, choking sounds, something that sounds like a creaking door (or floorboard), licking and sniffing, him screaming, breathing, something that sounds like something is squeaking (again), and then him cracking his neck.
He has a big nose from a certain angle-

@terminator cyborg the thing is, I'm pretty sure the mask has eye holes, it just slipped down and wrinkled over them. Why he never bothered to fix that we may never know, but you can see a mask with a lower half that looks just like Rogers face, which means it's probably the same mask that just fell down and he never bothered to fix it for some reason

With the erratic breathing, i think it was meant to be used for an occasion where you see the janitor after his arms get cut off because it slightly sounds like he is in pain or wants to cry.

I feel like part of the reason he tries and catches you is maybe because he's lonely. He is the only one around the sleeping area and at the beginning of the game he doesn't take any of the kids away. Which may mean that in the dining room, the guests don't get humans very often and there is proof that they eat humans.
