If anyone complains about it not being complex enough, I'd just like to say that after watching your lectures, I am much more motivated to study my notes/textbooks, as having a foundation of knowledge before approaching/revisiting a topic makes it more enjoyable and understandable. NB: What you call "iodide peroxidase" is most known as "thyroid peroxidase" -> the proces is commonly known as (TPO). Love you vids man! keep it going:)

Please ensure your material is factually correct. T3 and T4 (thyroxine) should be tri-iodothyronine and tetra-iodothyronine respectively, but MIT and DIT remain mono-iodotyrosine and di-iodotyrosine as mentioned in the video. Although T3 and T4 are based upon tyrosine, correct use of nomenclature is important - especially in clinical biochemistry. 'Thyronine' is a tyrosine derivative where the phenolic hydrogen of tyrosine is substituted by 4-hydroxyphenyl.
