don't get ahead of yourself. If you understand the finer points of the law, you'll realize glanville pulled a fast one. When he sent the motion to recuse to another judge, he defended himself against the allegations in the motion. Judges aren't allowed to do that. The judge is considered to have automatically denied any allegations in a motion to recuse. The judge isn't supposed to consider whether the allegations are even true. If the judge argues his own case, that right there is grounds for recusal.
When glanville defended himself, he gave krause a reason to recuse him without even considering any of the allegations in the recusal motion, which means all those allegations are now buried and the trial will go to another crooked judge that will work for the prosecutors just like glanville did, and if the defense asks for mistrial, that judge can say that another judge already considered it and determined that glanville presided fairly in the trial, but his defense of himself necessitated his recusal.
