How I believe the animatronics would be withered (canonically):
-Withered Freddy: Withered Chica style. Because Freddy was derived from Fredbear, he would likely have his jaw morphed and dismantled, so it could never close again. As well, the hands would be ripped off out of pure spite.
-Withered Bonnie: Withered Freddy style. Because Bonnie was derived out of Springbonnie, which was likely Afton’s favorite, he would do as minimal damage to him as possible.
-Withered Chica: Withered Foxy style. This would mainly be out of pure spite for how Henry stole Afton’s idea with Chica’s Party World.
Withered Foxy: Withered Bonnie style. His parts would be ripped off because of Afton’s hate for the character, due to the bite of ‘83.

This was exactly my idea! For Foxy tho, my reasoning for his Withered Bonnie look was because William took his anger for Michael out on Foxy, which is why his face is missing and the one arm is removed.

Plus nightmare Bonnie is based off of unwithered Bonnie as well as the other nightmares

I gotta be honest. I was really disappointed with Freddy and Foxy’s Withered designs in FNaF 2. Freddy barely looked withered at all and Foxy was so broken already in FNAF 1 (which I know comes later in the timeline, I’m just making a point) that he barely looked any different aside from the Withered animatronics having noticeably different shells.
And while Freddy with Foxy’s withering looked hardcore in this, both Freddy and Foxy looked really cool with Bonnie’s withering. Freddy having no face would have been a cool way to explain the Freddy Fazbear “mask” in FNaF 2. You could put together that Fazbear Entertainment was so cheap that the techs just tore Freddy’s face off and said “Here. Use this.” Would’ve made it so eerie. And we all know that if Foxy was missing part of his face, everyone would take that as a lore hint especially in the FNaF 2 days. Ahh, good times.
