Doug Carter is obviously so connected to both of these girls and made it his life’s mission to get justice for Abby and Libby. Thank you police for not giving up on the girls and trying absolutely everything to find their killer. 🙏🏼

I think they knew exactly who they were looking for, probably kept a good eye on him the entire time. I think for whatever reason they just didn't have the direct evidence that implicated him until very recently....perhaps from info Keagan supplied as part of a plea deal for his own CP charges. If the cops found actual photos when arresting Keagan I could imagine the cops asking him how/where he was getting images developed, and Richard might've been the one. That might actually be how they met in the first place in my opinion. I also think Keagan might've been an accomplice in some capacity, maybe a lookout, maybe he set the girls up, maybe he drove Richard home afterwards, maybe he discarded evidence.
People wonder why the girls didn't seem to make a fuss or yell out, maybe Richard threatened to kill one or the other if either ran, yelled, or fought back. Maybe Richard had other plans for them (of the CP or trafficking sort) and they did in fact fight back so he hurt them in a panic and left even quicker. Probably used a gun/knife for that threat to be made very real. The cops probably have more footage/audio from the girls they've never shown, maybe they filmed the threat? Maybe the cops found the displayed weapon in the river....the river Keagan might've pointed them to. The cops seemed adamant about giving just enough detail but not everything, they even said some details only Richard would've known...and that would've tipped him off completely as to the direction it was going. I imagine them knowing about a weapon being used might be that kinda evidence being described.
I also think the "Anon" that posted in the group that "they should get Richard for this" and then recanted that sentiment when the group confronted them was in fact Richard himself. I could see him having a weird bi-polar thing going on where some times he's getting off to the thought of what he'd done and other times he was completely disgusted with himself. Developing a morbid curiosity as a result with how the investigation was going or the attention it was getting.

The woman who adopted hCanim was the prime suspect and get this she had 6 prior adoptive children taken away from her with over 400 complaints and its said that her adoption license is still active PLEASE🙏🏾
