This is not helpful because you are measuring a naked sash. Most people are installing shades on a complete window with installed sash and trim. The inside measurement would include the actual frame on the sash (the wooden part that holds the glass) It would be a measurement of the space between the 2 sides of the window frame (window casing) that holds the sash in place and is installed between the studs that frame the opening in the wall. Height would be the same. From the top board of the casing sown to the "sill" Window stool. This works on a deep frame where the stops (the skinny boards that hold the sash in the frame or casing) are recessed towards the outside, out of the way. On an older, shallow window, you might need to measure between the stops on the sides and from the top stop to the stool for the height.
Thanks for your information 👍

You need to get yourself a Gatortape, no more bending the blade!!
The word is "height" not "heighth".
