One of the last made. Lots of options!
Great luxury saloon, whether it's to work or just for fun weekends away. But.. You don't go unnoticed! Even non-car enthusiasts will notice this car.
Against all know-it-alls, I have not had any major problems with this 20-year-old English car. Unfortunately, I can't talk about all the prejudices!
What I have had is many compliments, spontaneous photos, small talks at the gas pump and a lot of driving pleasure.
The looks are classic and chic, the performance sporty and the comfort high. What else do you need?

Heel gave auto in prachtige staat! Hoe zien de onderhoudskosten van een dergelijke auto? Naar de nieuwprijs kijkend kun je al snel uit gaan van 5-10k/jaar, gok ik?

Dank voor je reactie! Er staan er niet veel te koop maar een enkeling is goed onderhouden vanaf de basis, dat is natuurlijk (altijd) de start. Ik kan zelf niet mee gaan met de vele vooroordelen want naast regulier onderhoud heb ik eigenlijk niks spannends gehad aan de auto. De bouwkwaliteit van de motoren is uitstekend. Wel 1 keer een haperend dakraam gehad en 1 keer een probleem met de airco. Maar de 10K aan onderhoud op jaar basis raak ik zeker niet aan. Als je er 1 op het oog hebt, kan ik ze alleen maar aanraden!!

Much as this car obviously in good condition, why buy one of these when you can get a series 3 from Japan with ultra low mileage ? The series 3 is the ultimate and this series 4 is somehow not up there with the earlier cars looks and refinements nor the absolute silence with the v12 .

Thank you for the compliment, the car is certainly in good condition. Although the series 3 is certainly very nice and I am still looking for one of them, my preference with appearance and options is the series 4. I am still looking for a series 3, but it is quite difficult to find a good / correct one in the Netherlands. I also have no experience with importing from Japan. Btw, i do not share your opinion that the series 4 has less beautiful looks than the 3.

@@a7lyqq Both fantastic cars. Ride in both for the best experience and a good comparison. X308 for a bit more nostalgia and X350 for a bit more modern construction.
