Youth Employment in Cambodia: Challenges and Opportunities | The Reflection 007

Almost 50 percent of Cambodian population comprises of young people under the age of 30, meaning future of the country will heavily rely upon empowering the youth and guaranteeing youth employment.
From 300,000 to 400,000 young Cambodians enter into job market each year. It is imperative that they can effectively enhance their skills and capacity to seize opportunity and get employed.
However, with the arrival of the 4th industrial revolution, Cambodian youths will find it more difficult to keep their skills relevant and also have to be greatly prepared to cope with the new challenges.
