Mine is two weeks old. First holiday and it is dripping lots of water into the Caravan when cooling. It is dumping the condensate that should be going onto the roof into the van. We are using it properly. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

We have the same problem. Our ceiling and all our staff in the closet is wet...very annoying. How can we solve this ?

We solved the problem. The unit was not installed properly. The condensation outlet on the outdoor unit was blogged.

Our’s has stopped blowing warm air, no yellow light etc
Temperature outside is 14C.
We are really disappointed with this product, not recommended.
