If your home network router offers a “guest network” (where users can access the Internet, but are walled off from the rest of the home LAN), would putting this device on the guest WiFi help with that concern? (genuine question: I am seriously thinking about one of these machines…)

@@digitalramyun It would, but depending on the solidity of your router(s) that do the "walling off", your security mileage may vary. I would treat this device as VERY VERY untrustworthy. :)

Not only that but it works by sending your account and PC data to their servers so they can send it back to you.
