Scott, I'm going to try and keep this short but....At 57. I've always been a boater since my first jonboat at 6...But I've always been too impatient to fish. Not sure why, but I hate the wait. I stumbled across your vids and a light has come on. I'm a local to Hartwell and Lanier. So let's go to BassPro and spend some dollars....Maybe I can upgrade from a Zebco 202....lol

Awesome info. I find myself more focused when I watch your 20/20 cause the small mistakes or lessons go a long way when bass fishing really enjoy all your vids. Wish you the best of luck in your next tournaments aim back to back victory's not just making the top 30.

I’m a huge subscriber and I just realized that you may have been fishing at my area Smith lake around double springs Alabama Winston county area my dad went to the tournaments but my parents are split and I was with mom that weekend and my dad tried to meet some of the fisher men there but I’m just getting into bass fishing and been watching your channel for the longest

I like the 20/20s actually whether you win or lose hope u win but the 20/20 u go thru and explain and that helps all of us as anglers I think or it does me because it gives you another option on different things to try LOVE THE 20/20S WIN OR LOSE DONT STOP THEM

Great video Scott. I think you should bump up one size in the swimbait area. Larger spots are meat-eaters, I have realized long ago. Just consider.

A tip on fishing the Lake StClair tournament. ..Fish near and around Middle sister island in lake Erie . I have a buddy that gets his best fish around the Little Sister islands and East Sister.. If I find out more spots. I will post .
Great job man. Loved watching your dads show as a kid along with ole Bill Dance. Before them two guys all we had in NC was Frank White who was a really good sportsman but he lacked the showmanship you guys have. Rock on man!

I use nothing but Trokar hooks, I Purchased an Okuma Helios reel and one of your rods. I am a fan of Seaguar line but I am now trying P line out. So what I’m getting at is, I need that jersey LOL. FYI, I have put Keith to work also, making me a couple of jerseys. Nice 20/20 as usual ! I dunno, I said it before. I think chilly weather gives you the sniffles and it jacks with your game. I'm serious ! I'm a Certifiable Pro Fishing Psychologist and I recommend a year of hard training in Antarctica in short shorts and a set of 5lb dumbbells. Rocky did something like that !!! I'm just messin' with ya Scott :-)..I enjoyed watching you hit it hard and again, another nice 20/20 !

+Scott Martin. Too bad you didn't come out with this yesterday. I ordered the medium+ spinning rod yesterday. But I have the med/hvy rod. I love it that's why I bought the spinner. Now if you could come out with a 7'3" or 7'6" heavy rod with the spinning setup that would be awesome. But I'm sure I'll be buying more of your blanks. Also the Helios reel is amazing!

I would use the swim bait as more of a search bait and use a jerk bait to trigger a big bite from some of those schooling fish.
