I have issue with unwanted thoughts.
Sir first I saw someone who is expressing our tight spots I have been suffering in OCD since 2009 and till now I'm fighting back with OCD sometimes I am fed up of this all but I'm surviving because of my family onwards I take medication even I expressed with my family as well as but no body is willing to accept my situation every one thinking that I'm doing acting I know and my almighty know who I'm been hanged every day by passage of time .I was a great aim. All my dreams are going to be messy but still trying to defeat my obsessive thoughts.im different what's thoughts are that are different your video gave me so consolidation that I'm thinking that life is still awaiting for me

Sir I get sudden thoughts while studying which are irrelevant but those are so fast that it makes me feel restless , so I go for a walk but again when I sit for studying same cycle occurs again , pls help🙏

mai khud pareshan huuu ap logo ki tarah since covid .....mai padhne mein bahut intelligent tha jitna gyaan prapt kiya ....sb ye ocd kha gya....job chali gyi... colleague ya friend khte hai itna achha banda tha pta nhi ise kya ho gya ....aur main point yhi jo inhone btaya ki in sb ko smjhana bhi bekaar hai....koi nhi smjhta....ye problem apni hai....we will defeat it for ACT and talk together 👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
