In my legal State, I can buy 8g of 25% thc for 60$ at a dispensery whose funds go to the state and education. My guy here probably died over 90s quality garage herb. These states could bring a safer quality and venue to their citizens, could but selling 6$ a gram makes less than a $200 - $600 court fine for that same gram.
