Configure D-Link 8 Port Switch and Change the Default IP

Here I am showing how to access D-link 8 port switch configuration page using default IP.
I am using D-Link DGS-1100-08V2.

Still can't connect through the browser with 10.90.90.90

i did this , i ping the ip address , but when i put it in the browser i get this
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
any way i can fix it ?

You need to assign the same series IP first. Example : 10.90.90.92 subnet 255.255.255.0
