Our family relocated to the central highlands of Vietnam to enjoy a more comfortable and sustainable life. Follow our adventures as we endeavor to make the best life for our family.
I love the culture of if you are there and staff are there you almost always get served. In Australia they turn the coffee machines off even before closing times and staff never go the extra mile NEVER. Except one time in hanoi airport where i could buy something from a fridge because they were 'closed' but then again they appear to be angry often up there anyway lol
Hello Royston! Was a little concern not hearing from you for awhile but understood you were probably busy with family/work. I also go by the mantra "happy wife happy life!" Glad to see you and the family back and doing well!
The brewing is on hold at the moment until baby is a little bigger. There are limited variation of local beer.. mostly lager. The craft scene has some good ipa and wheat beers. 7 bridges had a great selection of in house beers on tap.. bitters, ales and such. Roosters beers are pretty darn good and well priced. Cheers!
Yes.. we plan to buy a practical car at some point. Family trips and transporting large items are important uses so a minivan might work best. Let’s see. Thanks!
At last Roy! I assume you were too busy with the family and the house to post. However, I did not even get a notification that you uploaded your video, I was just checking. I keep on getting random notifications for various rubbish videos/vloggers. Anyway, I hope everything is good and the family is keeping well.

@@Bikepacking sounds similar to the visa application hoops that we jumped through to get Thuy into the UK. She had an in person meeting at the center in Osaka as part of that process. Thanks for the info.. we’ll get the ball rolling shortly. Cheers!
We’ve been preoccupied with our baby Lanah. How about you? I do feel like I’ve been through a battle though.. plenty nappy & feeding action can wear you out. Cheers!
Awesome!,
Nice Village 👍
Maybe you can try a rice husk brew / coffee bean blend ..... 🍺🥳👍
Roy! That was a great day-in-the-life virtual experience, bringing the rural Viet Nam sights and sounds to life one shopping excursion at a time. Fun!
Thanks buddy.. hope all is well in Osaka. Miss you plenty!

Brilliant Roy. Good to see you are all well. Lunch looks grand, cheap too. I might go for the Lang may yer lum reek instead of the pork.

What town is it if you don't mind saying?
We are just outside Pleiku city.. in Gia Lai province.
@@adventuresinvietnam very nice thank you
Do you see many drunks about.
I don’t personally see many but I’m told that there are plenty. Farmers do like to piss it up a bit..
@@adventuresinvietnam looks like you're in the right neighbourhood then
