Have you considered giving certain monsters the ability to track the player if they are bleeding like in Dino Crisis? Maybe if the player is not bleeding certain enemies are completely blind and deaf easily avoided thus saving resources.

Look here is my honest opinion its great mod in theory yes but also sadly seems to think difficulty equals scary when in fact it does not all it adds is frustration i wont say this mod is bad because it has many good things going for it the atmosphere the sounds and the monsters but making things more difficult just to try and make it scarier is not.

I ran into a strange thing, if you try to use the stands with liquids in them (the blue, yellow or red) i don't know the word for em, IV drips? you stare at them, the vision goes different you become stuck and then you die , is this a bug? if it's intended its kind of mean to do that.
In the settings when you are in a doom level (not the game settings but the settings you use to move around the buttons) there is an option to increase or decrease the transparency of the buttons

Enemies being able to track you by blood loss would be terrifying. It would definitely fit the nature of the mod and I'm all for it. ^^

the big hug patch doesn't seem to fix the issues. The hud stays big no matter what i do ...pls assist :(

it's not a real immersive sim unless you can flush toilets, sorry
