I honestly didn't think this van needed more power until it had some. Its not just the power, but also the drivability. The Revo software has totally transformed the drive.

Great vid as always. As a Euro 6 T6 poor boy, the Revo map on my 204 was one of the best mods I did, but coupled with the TVS DSG map, this already powerful commercial is now thumpingly (made up word, but perfectly descriptive) powerful. The TVS almost compliments the Revo, and jams the gear change exactly where it should be. Like you said, it feels factory, but better and boy is it fun watching the cars in your mirror. There is also a tiny Red cherry on the top and that's the fact it is genuinely better on fuel if you drive normally, which I do now and again.

As t6 102 owner gutted I can’t have revo map! 😭 good excuse to get a new van haha
I bought a tuning box for a T4 in 2004 from a company called HH Tuning for £210 and it became a devil van still have the box but not T4 love the video
My TSI 2.0 4motion 204hp has now 272hp. But i still have the feeling that diesels have more power. Specialy when you start towing trailers.
Yeah I agree. When I had my TSI, I also had a 204bhp TDI that had Revo stage 1 software. I actually much preferred the drive of that over the TSI.
thats how HH sold it to be try it and if you dont like it give it back
Do you know anyone that can remap the T6.1 with the Bosch ECU as Revo are unable to at this time?

Thinking of getting my 2015 140 VWT5.1 Transporter remapped. But I'm concerned about how the added torque might affect wear and tear on parts such as the stock clutch and flywheel. If the factory stock parts are designed to take so many pounds of torque with a small window of extra, might remapping add too much torque pressure, pushing them over their limit meaning potential part failure down the line?

Is it me or did you practically say this will wear out the flywheel faster? Does a remap wear out engine and drivetrain parts faster?
No not at all. That’s the beauty of Revo. They don’t go crazy with power and chasing BHP figures. They give you drivability without causing long term issues.

Yes this is a 150. Contact your local Revo dealer with you VIN number and they’ll check your ECU.
Every time I take my van into listers they ask if it’s been remapped, I’m assuming it voids the warranty that’s why they ask ?
I guess in depends on the dealer. I've taken a van to VW before with software on, they've rang and asked me to take it off before the work on it incase they wipe it. Any REVO dealer with remove and re-install the software for you though.
@@THQAutomotive I’m too scared if I have some kind of engine problem they will tell me to get lost because of the map 😣 only even done the revo on vans in the past that have no warranty left

Possibly. It’s a grey area. I’ve had lots of vans worked on at VW and they’ve not mentioned. Your Revo dealer will remove the software and re-install it though if you want to before going in for work.
If I do the revo remap ? I lost the manufacture warranty?
I’ve known lost of van go for warranty work and the dealers not care or check. A Revo dealer will take it off and re-install in free if required.
Your suspension looks like it has collapsed, I would complain to VW if I were you.
