He is 100% right when he says you should thank God for the pain you have endured. Every man who had to go through hell in this life knows that it was the best thing that ever happened to them. It is what you needed to spark the motivation to change to become what you need to be. I went to jail for a short time and because of it I realized two things. I realized that yes God is real and that I am wasting my life. That this life thing goes fast and if you aren't careful, you could lose everything. But the one thing you lose is time, and you don't see it, but you are losing time day by day. Time that you could use to do something with yourself. Stop chasing women, stop doing drugs, stop drinking, stop being a people pleaser, get the parasites away from you. Go bend this matrix in favor of yourself.

Hey man, I learned through research and experience that Music softens us, and makes us crave more of that dopamine and good feeling. I now realise that the point of the whole matrix using music to attract people is to do the following :
1. Make them lose their values.(music and the lyrics of songs make you immoral)
2. Decrease their self esteem (so that you come back to music to feel better)
3. Hypnotise people( yes, think about what happens at festivals, discos and nightclubs, this one sin leads to innumerable others)

I visualize myself doing been much greater than I am now achieving everything i want and admired by everyone. But I have being slothful, not discipline, and inconsistent. I have now realized the solution to be great.
1. Never be lazy be lazy.
2. Never waste time.
3. Never sleep In.
From now to be the version of myself that I dream of. I will stop perusing happiness as it leads to addiction and time wasting.
Instead I will exercise HARD everyday, not to look better but to endure the unbearable pain. Being discipline is also essential. I will do what's need to be done when it's need to be done without hesitation.
In essence, I stop being lazy, I stop sleeping in, and I stop wasting time. I will pursue thing that challenges me with a smile. I will make think that I was a superpower that makes everything attainable.
