So I've found that I really only get tingles from abrupt super close up speaking into the microhone...this is my fave channel just bc your voice and way of speaking is very relaxing to me, but this video especially I got all the tingles :0

This is one of my main trigger as well, whispering closely into the mic. It's why I love ear and eye exam videos and scalp massage videos.

So glad it was a nice dinosaur dream, especially with it being the book even vs the movie. I LOVED the jurassic park audiobook by micheal crichton as a kid, would beg my mom to bring me to the library as a young lad to rent it out, great choice! (edit below- JP book spoilers)
*edit: also I sure of the coast of Costa Rica, the 2 'coast' sounds always tripped me up but the first encounter in the book is actually on Costa Rica ( 'On' the coast) in a hostipal baby infermary

First time ever coming across this channel. So much ASMR content out there now. Great ASMR voice and she's got big name sponsors, which is a good sign for her. The fast random hand noise isn't my deal, impossible to sleep through that and absolutely EVRYONE is into the random abrasive fast paced stuff now.
