Thank you for the step-by-step dude not everybody is fully understanding of how things work like me unfortunately or maybe fortunately I am mechanically inclined though so I can take things apart and put them back together but things like this are very difficult to yeah just difficult thank you so much
Awesome video. I'm considering buying a base model Raptor this spring. My other ATVs are shaft drive I've never tighten a chain before and was curious how difficult it was. Thanks again.
Not hard at all! I have a video on tightening the Raptors chain. Literally takes 5 minutes tops! @Foxy Moto most Utility atvs are shaft driven, I dont know of any sport quads that are
Hi strip those four bolts out and need to replace them. What are the name or size and threading of those bolts. Or if you have a part number for a raptor 2010 700 that would be amazing
the parking brake video and this video helped me a lot... thanks for taking your time to make these videos for reference... do you have any installing a steering stabilizer on a 08 kfx450r I think they are all the same up to 2014 models.. also do you have a sprocket removal video? i have a mint used sprocket with the bling star sprocket protector already mounted to the sprocket, could you point me in the right direction if u already made a video on how to remove the atv sprocket?... and if you havent i would be grateful if you could make a quick video on how to remove the sprocket? and also how to adjust the front and rear suspension to add a stiffer ride and keep some ride height since im over 200 pounds.... thanks in advance, i love what your doing w your channel!! i would love to see a video on these things if you already made them... thanks in advance!.. -pete piccolo
Varies depending on how many links the chain has. 98 links is stock, then ad stretching of the chain over time. Just go by chain slack 1.5” at ride height
I did that to my quad, same thing as your video, but th right tire when am running bobbled , and shake like a mother f. I didn’t touch nothing else but the four screws. Can you help. !!! Thanks
Hey man check to make sure your axle is straight! Prop the quad up on a block, loosen those 4 bolts and try the process again. Also it could be possible that you have a bad bearing on that right side on the swingarm. Hope you figure it out!
Excellent video! Quick, simple, no silly music, and very informative.
Just bought an 06 Raptor so I found this very helpful. Thanks
+FunBoyzOffroad More to come!
When cleaning chain , turn wheels other way so it does not pull fingers towards sprocket , if you run your fingers into sprocket, you'll know about it
