I often build teemo like that but with infinity orb instead of lich bane, because the poison will crit when they're low, the amount of dot damage you deal lategame is absolutely monstrous, you easily deal 1000 dot damage if the enemy has 50% hp between crit poison, lyandry's passive, and riftmaker passive. The good thing is that even if they're tanks, you deal a ton of damage because you have lyandry's torment which will do %hp damage that resets with poison ticks so it's double the time, riftmaker that increases the damage up to 9% as true damage amd the poison itself which deal a lot of damage since u have 15 flat+ 40% magic penetration
I did a ton of testing on teemo, usually for hard matchups I think fleet is very good to kite and heal back but Teemo is very flexible with all his runes, pretty much all of them are situational, aery, fleet, phase rush, electrocute (my go to) even conc, also liandry's first item is definitely more dmg than rift maker, i build RM second tho. As someone in the comment said, infinity orbs is a lot better than lich bane.
He might have wanted rift maker because he realized they were building mr early and with only a few more items rift maker would basically do true damage even without void staff

Idk i always destroy ranged players in baron lane 👀 you just have to wait for the wave to reach you or atleast wait for level 3 , use the back and forth method that way you can bait their ability and poke them down then freeze then lane

Garen sitting on multiple components was frustrating to see. Looks like he decided to build spirit visage in the middle of tri-force but changed his mind. So much wasted gold. I thought it would get better in Diamond but I see people still making this same mistake there too.

this is great and all but in low elo Teemo is banned in more than half my games lol. I'll even insta lock him before ban phase and my own team will still ban him. Currently in Plat IV now and it's still happening hahaha.
Garen should have played passive until lvl 3 he took too much damage for some cs. I know his sustain is good but with the poison and free poke its not worth it. Losing some cs is not world ending. Been killed is a bigger loss.
