when your building your injectors, if you set your pop pressure at 290 bar it will have better throttle response and clean cleaner, also adding some timing will help (17-18degrees ) if you running stockish power, also make sure you have good lift pump pressure,

how can I purchase your transplant engine manual from td42 or td45 to 6bt Cummins engine if you have. thanks and God bless from phillipines Joel pioquid
that was the vertical shot off the wife's mobile phone 🤣 go pro died and I didn't want to do the drive again because the steering pump was pissing fluid
Probably about the $30k AUD mark, although I'm not sure what impact COVID pricing has had on the conversion market of late. These days 6.5 chevy diesels are considered pretty rubbish, you have many other better choices of engines. Unless in good condition and built properly by someone who knows what they are doing, they run hot, make not much power or torque, are too heavy for the power they make, and have poor economy. A 4.5ISB will fit easier, be easier to engineer, lighter, more power and torque with the right tune and setup, cheaper to install, and more reliable.
The smile on your face proves that Cummins install was worthy
can confirm there's been many smiles 😁😁
This is wild, full blown back/front yard mechanic stuff this is, but it looks like a lot of fun!
You are a Magician !
Can't wait to see the rest

Cheers. I didn't get any shims with the kit so I'll see if I can get some... Otherwise might have to revisit it

Hello friend, I am looking for the compressor bracket kit. It would be great if you could help me find it.
You don't need a waste gate on the Cummins Turbos.
