Food trucks in Dearborn are more expensive than restaurants with physical stores and yes if you go through door dash, it's even more expensive. On top of all that, they want to charge a "service fee" and ask you to tip. Most of them serve basic food and btw, if you dare complain or criticize anything, they get pretty nasty

I come from the restaurant capital of the country - NYC - and now live in the Midwest. For years I was told "try this place; try that place." So over time I did. I'd say maybe 10% of these "must try" places delivered. When you don't know what's good, it's easy to think something is good. But when you have the experience of tasting genuinely delicious food, the bar is set high and you're actually able to make sound judgements. I'm sure that's what happened here in Michigan. The people just don't know any better so they shout things out thinking it's awesome. Wrong lol

I worked in an officer building in Dearborn for a couple years. Learned real fast to bring a lunch and not rely on the nearby areas providings, unless taken personally by a coworker, maybe. Learned a couple diff spots, not enough to really explore when I can go north or south and get what's expected.

The owner was old and didn't get a website and they got wiped out quick....and I've built websites....you're making it way harder than it needs to be. You don't have to have a super fancy website. You can make a website for next to nothing. All those things you named take like 30 seconds. Lol.
