Theres gluten free wheat like buckwheat. I just learned about codex wheat starch where the gluten is removed making it safe. They should specify to remove confusion.
I just looked at their ig & they’re using Original Sunshine gf wheat starch.

So curious that it’s supposed to be gluten free yet they contain ingredients that suggest that they’re not “gluten free”. Let us know how they respond. Are they using incorrect wrappers with wrong ingredient list? I’m curious 💛
