- In this video, I show you how to release and remove tension in the face quickly and effectively, using face yoga massage and muscle relaxation techniques. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸!
You can do this tension release before bed or in the morning after your skincare application. Perfect to use before or after face massage too. Or anytime tension is felt in the face.
Remembering that TENSION LEADS TO WRINKLE FORMATION, so we need to consistently relax the face muscles to keep the lines and ageing at bay.

1.27 in and I was struggling to keep up, didn’t find it relaxing or helpful at all until I remembered I had set my video speed to 1.75 🤣 rewatched in normal speed, will definitely be coming back to do this again tomorrow

Once a day is enough, but if you feel you need to do it more and you feel tension in the face, try instead some face massage with face oil in the evening so soothe and relax the muscles🌸💆♀
Is this work for hemi facial spasm?pls give reply.i have hemi facial spasm since 5 months due to stress.
I can't see why not, as the movements are gentle enough and deep breathing can help you relax your nervous system but do be guided by your own face. I would recommend trying a gentle face massage, for the purpose of relaxing your face muscles and reducing a stress response in the body with deep breaths.
hi! so my right face is very uneven (my eyebrows on the right after more lifted and the right face are slightly bigger and more chubbier/foward compared to the left side). is this due to muscle tension? what exercise should i do for this? thank you for your videos btw!
like the right side of my face is more swollen/fatter
Thanks for your question, it's really difficult to analyse your face from this description, it sounds like your right side muscles developed more than the left side. Do you chew food on one side only ? Not sure it's tension though.

Thanks for your feedback, when doing these techniques try to relax the facial muscles as much as possible. Also, you might like to apply a moisturiser so that the skin is not dry when you're doing this.
