  • Based on a research study Dr. Kalish conducted with the Mayo Clinic, eight out of the nine patients treated for H. pylori demonstrated an improvement in energy, mood, and adrenal hormone production - punctuating the need for reliable stool testing that can identify the identify and quantify H. pylori infections.
    Webinar highlights:
    • Review the types of patients that will benefit from H. pylori treatment, including those suffering from fatigue, mood issues, chronic inflammation, and other non-GI symptoms
    • Understand the clear-cut GI symptoms that can manifest as a result of long-term H. pylori infection
    • Learn how chronic H. pylori infections can interfere with amino acid absorption and impact cells throughout the body
    • Explore case studies showing this difficult-to-understand infection using the GI-MAP®

I was just diagnosed with this. I was having difficulty breathing, nose was getting chronically congested, even went to the ER due to shortness of breath. Got a ECG for my heart, did a PFP for the lungs, all healthy. My doctor was confused about my symptoms until I suggested it might be gastrointestinal because it was taking forever to digest my food, I didn't have an appetite, a little bit of food made me ridiculously full, felt like I had something clogged in my upper abdomen, and it was especially bad after I ate a meal or before bed at night. Currently three days into treatment, doing the triple meds and already feel so much better. Like night and day. My nose congestion is slowly getting better too.

That was a waste. I could summarize that in 5 mins - and "You have to be 99% lucky for HP eradication" I think doctors should start coming clean about their wonder meds. My doctor almost accused me of not taking the Anti-biotic course, probably because it can leave many with a very bad gut, sometimes for years. I have zero faith in doctor's advice, so many things especially from the USA, turnout to be more make believe than true. I can truly say "I have had a gut full of listening to doctors". From now on I will insist they give me UpToDate statistics and then I will make the informed decision." I have had two serious problems - no help what so ever. Just drugs and unpleasant side effects, and no cure hahahha. They don't tell you, they just let you discover - how sick is that.

I'm not a doctor but I actually understood you thanks doc....I have this bug and had the regime of antibiotics and they didnt help my symptoms so im adopting the 3 step approach you advocate. Lifestyle, Kill, Repair 👌🏾

Stop saying things are obvious, somethings people don’t know anything about. Don’t assume a person knows

When treating someone with H. pylori + SIBO, I understand from your video you treat the H. pylori first. However, what do you do if this person has been supplementing for Iron Deficiency (Ferritin=3) Vitamin D Deficiency (D3=13) and B12 Deficiency (B12=300). Would you stop all these supplementations (Heme Iron 60g Elemental Iron Daily, 5000mg Methyl B12 Daily, and 50,000Vitamin D-weekly). I understand that the H Pylori can cause these to be low, but not sure if they should keep supplementing during the Stage 3 supplementations?

Why is conventional treatment of this triple therapy 2 antibiotics and a PPI which stops you from making acid to digest the food we eat...I beleibe the antibiotic work but the PPI goes against the grain I think

I need help. My entire family has been drinking contaminated well water and we can’t get help. Landlord evicted us. We lost everything. Nobody took my initial concerns serious.

I recently did the antibiotic regimen for H.Pylori - I had never heard of it and didn’t know I might have options. The side effects, both physical and emotional, were brutal. I wasn’t expecting that. I certainly never want to do it again, so I’m trying to learn what I can.

I really hate webinars and podcast being implemented to youtube and this was the first that I've listened through. GIT is very complicated when someone with 0 knowledge of microbiology tries to understand it. This very vivid explanation of small intestine was helpful to understand. I wish more doctors had such an attitude towards their patients. I'm fighting this GI problem for years. I did test for H.pylori last year but i haven't seen the results myself, only my doctor seen the test. It could be possible that I had bellow 1000 and doctor thought its not it what makes the problem. I made an appointment for another test now. Thank You doctor Kalish!

What an insightful and refreshing Doctor! Taking the wider view of the patients background and stressors as the first focus sounds like true medicine to me. This man is then a true medicine man! Thanks for sharing your expertise. 🙏🏻
