At 27:00 shouldn’t the equation be (sqrt(2gh)*cos0)*(2(sqrt(2gh)sin0)/g)

Hi. You don't need to use every variable that you're given in a derivation. In this case, since the masses cancel out in the energy calculation, no mass variable is present in the final expression. Sometimes they will include extra variables that you don't need in order to trick you.

the length of the arrow in an FBD doesn't matter
Relative lengths do matter! On some FRQs, CB asks students to draw FDBs on a grid so they can check your understanding of this.
For example, for an object on an incline, the normal force will be a smaller arrow than the gravitational force (object weight).
