My husband Jack Gill doubled Bo Duke on the show and drove the General Lee for years. He did most of those incredible jumps! That’s where we met when I played Daisy Dukes cousin! Thanks for the memories. I passed this on the Jack. He’s doing a big action film in Prague. You got your info right on the show!👍

Hello Jordan! I want to thank you, wholeheartedly, for this absolutely wonderful blog on the Dukes of Hazzard. I, too, grew up loving this show when I was a boy and never missed an episode. I was also lucky enough in 1992 to meet James Best, who you, of course know, portrayed Roscoe, at a western film fair in Charlotte, NC. He was the most personable and nicest man. I walked up to him and said, "I just loved you on the Dukes of Hazzard," and he smiled and said, "We were a great babysitter," and he wrapped his arm around me for a picture. My friend took our picture and I still have it framed sitting on a shelf. We need more shows like this classic in today's television. Thanks again, Jordan, for bringing back the good old days. YEEEEHAAAWWWW!

I loved watching the Dukes Of Hazzard too when I was growing up. My grandparent's lived in Conyers Ga. when they were making this show and I'd spend every Friday night with them and we would watch the Dukes Of Hazzard. I can't believe you were able to find all of these places Jordan. It has changed so much out there since they made these episodes. You did a great job !!👍 You're right the hospital has changed since then. My grandmother passed away in that hospital. Both of my grandparent's have past away now, but I still go out there to visit other family members once in a while. My grandparent's lived on Duke Drive in Foxwood subdivision. I miss those days .😉😍

Dude the train in my town does that BS two or three times a day. I've sat waiting for 45 minutes before! They often go back and forth when they're attaching new cars and/or switching tracks. It's a major pain, but common with country living! Great video, BTW. I loved watching the Dukes growing up.

Brought back memories! I heard it and occasionally watched … but my boys loved it! One memorable time … I had taken the kids for lunch at McDonald’s and returning home … I turned onto our street a little to sharply … and of course my back tire went up on the burb and down … (had a little bumming … up and down) … my oldest son said I drove like Daisy Duke … then the youngest said … more like Bo! lol
Thanks for this vlog! MEMORIES ARE SWEET! ❣️🌹

It was great to be able to have a little chat with 1 of them, very nice and talked to all the “fans”. The other was a different story. No money, no time😁

Los Angeles is the most versatile big city in the US. You can film ocean, mountain, valley, river, city, downtown scenes...even snow 45 minutes to the north. No wonder everything is shot there. Most people think everything is shot on a Backlot..but I've learned there are movie filming locations everywhere. Adam thanks for bringing these to our attention.

Nice video, the Duke House, while no longer standing, is just to the right of that house you are focused on. That house is the home of who owns the property. If you go to the right a bit you will find the old house chimney still standing within the trees and righ across the street is the Barn that was in the show. I did a Dukes Filming location on my channel that shows the old duke house, well what is still there anyhow.

They were shooting an episode in Steinhatchee FL..and then we ran the Outdoor Trail for the next 5 to 6 yrs..Very nice down to earth guy..

Went to every location I could of the first 5 episodes I think thry filmed and remember the excitement of going into the town square over the train tracks and slight hill they used in the early opening when they had the acoustic intro and opening jump!🤘🥳Sad only the fireplace was left of Uncle Jesse's and the Boars Nest on flat rock rd. before it was the church it is now. Of course Oxford College for the last YEE HAW jump!Nevermore how Rosco could tell the light is out when the car isn't on or running lol! You're going the wrong way! Oh, he's drunk.. how would he know where we're going?! 🤣 Remember principal Belding being the guy who picked Daisy? In every intro you still see him lol! Long hair and mustache but, still!

It's so cool to see stuff that's familiar and not in Hollywood. When I was a Senior in HS, a movie company showed up at my high school in Scranton, Pa. It starred a young Marisa Tomei, I think it was Chris Penn was the other recognizable name. It was called Playing For Keeps. I don't think it was a very popular movie but I got to watch them film it because I was in the video production class at the time.
