I definitely think he’s hinting at a 26.2.19 announcement but other than that I think it’s all a bit of a stretch, and I don’t believe it will be called king and queen (but it would be cool if the UK region rumours are true...)

I kinda agree with that King/Queen naming doubt.
I mean it's like naming them boy/girl. I don't know too many guys who'll wanna buy and play Pokemon Queen lol... and vice versa.
