watching The Kills interviews I'm always amazed by them. They are so nice. They're chatty, fun, they smile, they don't give attitude. And still they're as rock&roll as you can get.
No Royal Trux is the only band that can say they never want to make the same record twice..that was and is their MO. They owned that concept and all their ideas are what defined them and are part of the truxian methodology and way of living that has been their lives albeit appropriated by people with nothing uniquely their own to share. There are so many trux ideas being thrown about in this interview.
haha not.....sad because they have both aged poorly (she is not even 40 yet I believe but what you can get away with at 20 or even 30 starts to show in your face as you hit 40). in just a short time due to smoking, drinking? or ????? I hate to see talented folks or anyone really piss away their talent and beauty and health. Look at an interview from 5 years ago and compare how they look. He is actually less strung out then some other recent interviews where he was literally jumping out of his skin fidgeting.
