1217 Div this build, about lower value try Duelist Champion mine was around 200 with Nimis but Non-Crit version, u can play Crit Version "better End-Game" but I just haven't tried it yet so i cant tell how much it will cost

The lower budget version will be weapon without impale chance & enchant, all armours without Vaal implicit might cause way lower as well, lower all the skills to 20/20, lower adorned to another tier (229%). The above changes makes the build keep working but just not that powerful, but the budget will be way way way lower
