The cops was there if it didn't have the right plats on it. And it was setting on the street for over a month there is nothing you can do about it

Lonnie Willoughby : the person who was buying the truck missed 3 payments and failed to title the truck. So the dealership is still liable for the truck and it doesn't run anymore (when the video was shot ).
