Boxing day mama here, it's the loveliest time of year to give birth. Christmas decorations, mince pies on tap, Mariah Carey in the background whilst on the birthing ball, and bubs in a Christmas outfit. It's just magical ✨

It really is my boy was born on the 22nd of November and that year is my favourite Christmas memories. So cozy with new born, tree and lights twinkling with them just laying on your chest on the sofa ❤

You are very lucky Ellie that you don’t have to go out & work a 37/40 hour week. Believe me, that’s hard when you have children. I think a big part of you loving motherhood so much is because you don’t have work to juggle as well. Your extremely lucky 😊

To the girl that has a 3 week old.... I feel you. I recently had my 3rd baby 12years after my first so it was like doing it all again and I STRUGGLED!! BUT, it does get better. There are 'leaps' and 'regressions' and stages... but they do end.... brace yourself, breathe, soldier on and you will get through it. I lived the first year holding my breathe 😅 but if I knew it was just a week or less of struggling at a time I would have relaxed a bit more. You got this! Everyone struggles.

Hi Ellie. Many congratulations on the happy news of baby 3 - such an exciting time for you all. I decided to have both my boys in the U.K. as opposed to Greece where I live. I went back for both births which fortunately, I was still able to do at that time under my family doctor and they were both born in Trowbridge cottage hospital! I didn’t speak Greek very well way back then and I really needed to have the important communication during the pregnancy and birth and also, I wanted my mum nearby. My husband was with me for both births so I was very lucky. They both have dual citizenship,as I do too. I wish you all the very best and much joy.💖🌸

I was due my daughter on Christmas Day and I had her on the 16th of December. Honestly having a baby during Christmas is actually amazing ❤️

1 is 1, 2 is 20 and 3,4,5,6,7,8 just slot in 😂 as a mumma of 4 this is so true I love having my gang! So happy for you all! I never thought I'd ever be officially done having babies, I still get broody and love babies! I'm now on my journey to becoming a midwife and my friends and family are now starting to have babies so I enjoy theirs! Xxxxxxx
So excited for you, my first son was due on the 22nd December I went in to labour on the 22nd and had him on the 23rd. It’s such a lovely time of the year to have a baby 🥰🤍

I had my daughter at Houston Methodist west hospital and it was the loveliest experience (my first daughter was born in the U.K.). I found that mum is taken care of as well as baby which meant I left hospital feeling ready and rested. It was also mandatory that I watched a paediatric first aid video which I thought was brilliant and I also had access to a breast feeding expert who was at the birth and talked me through everything. It was just a very positive experience. The dual nationality is hopefully our ticket back to the states one day in the future!! X
Thank you for talking about the newborn stage, I’m a first time mum and my baby is 2 months tomorrow. I love my baby girl and new family dynamic but it is challenging to say the least ❤

My oldest daughter’s birthday is 5 days before mine and my youngest daughters is 1 day after my husband’s. It’s such a blessing to share a special day with them both. It makes us feel so close to our babies. 💕

When I gave birth to my first baby almost 53 years ago the norm was to be kept in hospital for 10 days and most of that time we were kept in bed - there are reasons new mothers need that rest and recuperation and the time to get to know your baby so your 3 week plan makes complete sense albeit being at home and able to still have contact with Saint and Romeo will be lovely. It will be so exciting to have this little one around the Christmas period and in a new country too. My FiL was born in the US and had dual nationality so I think that will still apply. Wishing you a healthy and happy few months as you prepare to bring baby number 3 into the world 🥰

Our journeys are so similar! I have 2 boys currently, my oldest is 3 years old and my youngest is 1. We are currently pregnant with our third and it is a girl. We are almost positive this will be our last as well. ❤ prayers for a healthy and safe pregnancy for you! I’m 19 weeks 4 days currently. 😊
It really does fly by! I just celebrated my July baby boys 21st birthday that I had when I was 25 and Dad was 27! Been living it all again through you guys. I think you are having a girl this time. Xxx
Relate to you so much with you been so in tune with your body. We didn’t try for our 2nd it was a one time thing but a lovely surprise and I just knew I was pregnant a week before I found out. I also knew she was a girl, like deep in my soul I knew I was carrying a baby girl! Can’t wait to watch your Mum of 3 journey! You’ll be bloody great! Xxxx
Our journeys have been very similar. I remember watching your video of Saint being born the day before my induction. We’ve since had another two (3 under 3). We’ve got 2 boys and 1 girl. We are done at 3, need my body back. Totally understand about wanting to enjoy their childhood too, with them being so close I’m hoping we can all grow together and enjoy it. I LOVE what you’ve said about the negativity around motherhood on in the internet. TOTALLY agree ❤ Agree it started with relatability and supporting through hard stuff (yes, so here for that!) but then it spiralled to be the focus and being horrible about kids and motherhood and I’m so not here for that. As you say, motherhood is truly incredible (totally fair it’s not for everyone!) and truly does make us the best versions of ourselves, even through all the challenges.

when you get farther along, i HIGHLY recommend checking out babies bakery and boutique in pearland! they have SO many cute baby clothes (for boys and girls!),as well as boutique clothing for mom, homemade cake balls, and they do 3D ultrasounds of your baby! the staff is the SWEETEST & the pics i have of my daughter in the womb are so beautiful!
Completely agree with the answer to the last question! When I had my daughter I joined all the Facebook groups for mums etc and ended up leaving them after a couple of months because people spoke so poorly of their children! Motherhood is hard, but the happiness and love conquers the hardship.

Christmas Baby for Ellie who loves Christmas it will always be such a special time at Christmas. Ellie, I am a lot older than you and I could very easily be your mum, in age and not a young one either. But let me tell you this, today’s video, really shows how much you have grown in yourself, so mature, thoughtful of consequences both sides of issues, you are an incredible woman and a really fun loving mum, and I can’t leave Connor out because he has taken to being a dad day like a duck to water, and he gets right in there and play. As your family grows, and your babies grow in age you will also grow! You will never be Ellie with no babies, but you will always have Ellie as your main component who without fail will always think like a mummy, because that’s who you are and so many things change for you to fulfil that role, and you are totally incredible and your mum is so very proud of you, you will feel it too t certain points, and sometimes when you look in the mirror, don’t ever change ❤

Congratulations Elle, I love your attitude and totally agree with you! There is so much negativity around parenting and children these days. My beautician said she was put off having babies because of the vast number of clients who spend their appointment complaining about their own children- it's really sad. I'm a first time mum and loved pregnancy and motherhood even more

I’ve had three children and if it’s any reassurances I did find getting my body back a bit longer 3rd time around but now I’ve got there it’s absolutely fine so you will be fine my lovely 💕 give yourself plenty of time to rest after the birth as the recovery I found took longer too so just soak it all up as the newborn stage flies quicker than the previous two I found. So excited for you xx

I couldn’t relate more to feeling like a baby making machine. I have a 3 and almost 11 month old and have the itch to go for one more but also want to enjoy my boys! ❤ can’t wait to follow this pregnancy.

I love people like you Elle that truly appreciates been a mummy. My child was taken of me because I’ve got mental illness & learning difficulties. I miss my daughter everyday & it’s broke me. I had a miscarriage first as well. So for me I’ll always have two children but that’s all I wanted in life. I wanted kids when I was a toddler.
It angers me when people say “you’re still a mum” or “she’s still your baby” as much as it sounds selfish. I just don’t think they understand how much pain I go through everyday or how mine & my daughters life has been stolen. My kids would of saved me. Now it’s like what the point? Once again.
For me there not with me so I can’t be a mum.
So I’m doing what i can to help me grieve. Right now I’m buying a all wardrobe of clothes, shoes, accessories for my daughter because that’s one thing I really love. I take pride in dressing Teigan in gorgeous clothes.
Sorry for rant, guess I needed to get it out💞 but I appreciate you Elle for not taking having kids for granted. Some people do by accident & some people even worse do it deliberately. I love you all so much!💓💞
after finding ellie again and ur 3 babies are older you could also carry on having children❤as much as we love our kids sometimes we have to think of ourselves too❤xx

I’m Australian and hubby is Canadian. Two of our babies were born in Canada. They were automatically given Canadian citizenship and then we just had to apply for citizenship by decent online. It’s very easy ☺️ our third was born in Australia and we will be applying for citizenship by decent for her as well. So all three of our kids are dual citizens ♥️
I was also due on the 22nd dec last year! My daughter luckily came early on the 13th though! A better distance from Christmas Day 😅
