You don't know how credit fraud works do you, if anything a discover card is a lot easier than a VISA to be honest. Plus the cash advances on Discover is mostly capped at no less than 5,000$. A real scammer could make a hotel key into a VISA or a Discover or anything he wants and its easy as fuck it takes like 10 minutes. Its all about the mag strip that is all and of course someones info that you shouldnt have, but everything you use for credit fraud for the most part is completely legal and you could do it all for less than 100 not including computer and probably a hotel or motel or nothing that has your IP adress unless your confident in your scrambler. Also make sure your not checking in someone else is and try to hide yourself as much as possible wear a hoodie different clothes all that. You really dont hear about many people ever getting caught doing this because unless your retarted its so untraceable the hardest part is getting the money. I do not condone any of this.
